How far ahead should I book?
Weddings and big events: 6 to 12 months, especially December to April. Rentals and smaller parties: 2 to 4 weeks is usually fine.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, anywhere on St. Kitts. Delivery, setup and pickup are priced by location and venue access.
Do you do events on Nevis?
Yes. We bring everything over by ferry. A ferry and travel fee is added to the quote.
We live overseas. Can you plan our destination wedding?
Yes. We plan over video calls and WhatsApp, visit venues for you and handle every local vendor.
Is there a minimum order?
Delivered orders start at EC$650 before delivery. Showroom pickup has no minimum.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit holds your date and items. The balance is due 14 days before the event. We accept EC$ and US$.
What about rain or wind outdoors?
We plan a weather backup for every outdoor event and can add tents and sidewalls.
What if something gets damaged?
Normal wear is on us. Breakage or loss is billed at replacement cost.
